Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Almost all orders are shipped within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped. If you have not received an e-mail, your order has not shipped yet. If your e-mail system has a spam filter, it's also possible the shipping confirmation e-mail was routed there.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If your order has not shipped yet, you can contact us at admin@zioutdoors and request a change in product quantities or an order cancellation, changes in shipping or billing addresses, etc... You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped. If you have not received an e-mail, your order has not shipped yet and your order is eligible for changes.

If you opted to create an account while checking out, you can also c
lick the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. If the order status is 'shipped', it is unlikely that we can cancel or change the order.
How do I track my order?
  You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped containing the tracking number. If you have not received an e-mail, your order has not shipped yet and your order does not have a tracking number assigned.

My order never arrived.
  You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped that contains a tracking number. Please check this tracking number to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. If you have not received an e-mail, your order has not shipped yet.

If your package(s) show a status of "delivered" but you have not received the packages and you still have questions, please contact us at admin@zioutdoors.com for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.
  You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped that contains a tracking number. Please check this tracking number to confirm that all packages associated with your order were delivered. If you have not received an e-mail, your order has not shipped yet.

If your package(s) show a status of "delivered" but you have not received all of the parts in your order or if you still have questions, please contact us at admin@zioutdoors.com for assistance.
